In March of 1998, we moved our studio to Cumberland, Maryland. Located in the mountains of Western Maryland, about two hours from Washington, Baltimore and Pittsburgh, Cumberland was a major railroad hub in the late 1800’s and early 1900’s, and is the western terminus of the historic C&O Canal.
Our building was built around the turn of the century and has had a colorful history that included serving as the home of the International Order of Odd Fellows, as well as hosting boxing matches and housing a movie theatre and a bowling alley.
